As a parent, there are some things that are really difficult to resist. And when I say difficult, I mean like really, very difficult. Because of course we want our little girl to grow up to be a strong independent woman, free of old stereotypes around men and women.
At the same time, how can I possibly resist putting on a pink costume and sending her off to a ballet class looking like this? And by the way. Don't worry, next week she is off to a garaje to learn how to change oil. I will attend as well as I don't know, however she has to do it as I don't want to get dirty and sticky.
