There was really ever no doubt about it. If you live with a record nerd, you are likely to like music, it is not like you have a choice. You have to start early they say, and so we did.
Miss Cupcake has always been surrounded by music, and not lullabies exactly. Early favorites included Elvis Presley, Kings of Convenience, The Black Keys and Tom Waits. She even had a nap listening to Queens of the Stone Age one day.
Now we are expanding the horizons, and she is not only digging the beats with some provocative hip movements, she has also started to get interesting in the nob turning business, also known as the DJ:ing.
There are some similarities with her dad... we both like it loud!!
